Meet Our Team

Fausto Padron

President/CEO

Born and raised in Miami, FI, Fausto's experience in the music industry dates back to the 90's. As a Club, Lounge and Restaurant Dj, his popularity grew while playing in some of Miami's hottest spots. He was sought after by numerous record labels to promote artists music at venues in which he played. Fausto was usually requested by local athletes and artists to play their weddings and parties and also toured with some local bands. Soon thereafter, his background in business took off as he pursued various business ventures in and out of the entertainment field. Fausto currently oversees Play It Live's day to day operation.

Evan Padron

Project Management & Planning

Born and raised in South Florida, Evan has followed his fathers Music and Entertainment background and currently works in the production of events & new market development. Evan's experience in the music and entertainment industry is quickly growing!

Eric Davis

Creative Director & Consultant

For over 20 years, Eric Davis has worked on the branding and visual design for festivals throughout North America, as well as on-site festival management and production. His past and present clients include Bonnaroo, Telluride Jazz, FloydFest, Tortuga Music Festival, and Pemberton Music Festival. He currently serves as the Director of Design for NASCAR.
